Spin Express
Spin Express is a 30-min cycling class with climbs, sprints, and intervals, combining cardio and toning for all levels. .
Power 1/2 Hour
The circuit-style class which is broken down into short, intense rounds is for all fitness levels and features a high-energy instructor.
Zumba
Zumba is a music-inspired dance workout that feels like a party! In my classes, you’ll hear a mix of Latin, swing, hip-hop, country, and pop. As a personal trainer, I also incorporate core work and strength training, with modifications for all fitness levels.
